Perforated facade panels – precision, aesthetics and durability

12/02/2025

Aluminium façade panels are a key element of modern architecture, combining aesthetic sophistication, durability and functionality. At Flamula Metal, we specialise in sheet metal forming and the production of quality aluminium facade panels with a thickness of 2mm. Modern technologies and precision manufacturing processes ensure a superior finish for long life and weather resistance.

Material selection and sheet preparation

The process of manufacturing aluminium façade panels starts with the selection of the appropriate material. Aluminium of 2mm thickness is an excellent choice for its lightness, corrosion resistance and design flexibility. The correct choice of aluminium alloy is crucial, as different alloys offer different properties in terms of strength, elasticity and resistance to external influences.

Once the material has been selected, it is then precision cut, which is carried out at Flamula Metal using CNC machines or laser cutting. This method allows for high precision and minimal material waste, contributing to efficient and sustainable production. We also optimise materials to reduce waste and improve cost-efficiency.

Panel design and customisation to meet project requirements

After cutting, the panels move to the forming stage, where CNC bending machines or forming machines are used to achieve the precise bends and dimensions required. The design takes into account the specific requirements of each project, such as different bending angles, adaptation to load-bearing structures and ease of installation. Precision at this stage is crucial as it affects the final stability of the façade and its aesthetic appearance. In addition to standard shapes, we can also produce complex structures that follow the requirements of architectural design.

Surface treatment for long-lasting durability

Surface treatment is an essential step that ensures both the protection and the aesthetic appearance of the façade panels. At Flamula Metal we use several processing techniques, one of which stands out: powder coating. Powder coating provides a wide colour range (RAL scale) and UV resistance. If necessary, additional protective coatings or films are also applied to the panels to reduce the risk of mechanical damage and extend the life of the façade elements.

In addition to protective coatings, we also offer special textured and metallised surface treatments. Depending on the project, the aluminium panels can be customised in matte or gloss finish increase design flexibility.

Flexibility and build quality

At Flamula Metal we focus on quality, innovation and precision in sheet metal forming. Our strength is our adaptability to the specific requirements of our clients and the use of advanced technologies to create aesthetically sophisticated and sustainable solutions for architectural projects. Regardless of the size of the order or the complexity of the project, we ensure consistently high quality, cost-effectiveness and aesthetic perfection of the finished products.

Our aim is to produce aluminium façade panels that enhance the aesthetic appearance of buildings while ensuring high quality and durability. We are committed to working closely with architects, builders and designers to develop innovative and functional solutions tailored to each project.
