Robotic bending
The fully automated bending robots enable fast and precise production of even the most complex products, with the highest degree of repeatability. This performance is ensured by the use of a large number of grippers and different tools.
MATERIAL
Bending is carried out on products made of aluminium, sheet metal, galvanised sheet metal, stainless steel (inox), copper, brass and PVC, allowing a wide range of flexibility according to specific needs.
THICKNESS AND SIZE
The range of advanced tools allows bending of materials from 0.4mm to 6mm thick, with a maximum bending length of up to 1500mm.
The bending robot fleet, fully equipped with automatic piece feeding and palletising, is designed for 24/7 continuous production. It provides the ability to produce large batches with extreme precision and zero tolerance, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the production process.
