Flamula d.o.o. was pleased to be involved in the production of a special stand for portable bells for the bell ringers. This project was extremely interesting, as it combined the precision of metalworking with the specific needs of bell tolling, which is an important part of Slovenian cultural heritage and authentic Slovenian culture.
Precision-designed and functional stand
The process of making the stand consisted of several key stages: first, the material was cut to size, followed by bending, welding and then machine drilling the necessary holes. After the mechanical treatments, the stand was protected by painting to ensure its resistance to external influences. Finally, the product was assembled and checked for stability and functionality. Our team of experts took into account all the key requirements of our clients when designing and manufacturing the stand. The stand is designed to allow the secure and stable attachment of five bells. It is made of iron, measures 2 metres in length and 1.6 metres in height and is easy to handle when bolted down. The construction is made of high-quality metal to ensure a long life and resistance to abrasion.
